Rental Agreement

The Following is our rental contract and rules. Please read the confirmation and rules, fill out the required fields and submit the agreement to us.

Thank you for choosing our condominium for your vacation. We hope that you
have a pleasant stay. The unit is located in the Maravilla complex at 2606
Scenic Gulf Drive, Destin, Florida 3254, Unit #4412.

Your confirmation is as follows:

Check-in date: First Saturday of rental week,  after 4:00 pm CST (No early check-in please)
Check-out date: Last Saturday of rental week before 10:00 am CST

Security Deposit is due due Immediately to reserve unit.
Rental Fees are due
45 days before check-in.

As soon as I receive your final payment and signed agreement, I will send/call the lock combination and instructions.

RENTAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

2606 Scenic Gulf Drive, Destin, Florida 3254, Unit #4412.

1. CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 4 P.M. CST AND CHECK-OUT IS 10 A.M. CST. NO Early
Check-ins.
2. This is a NON SMOKING unit.
3. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds.
4. We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age
unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
5. DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT- A damage/reservation deposit of $300 is
required. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit
upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully
refundable within (21) days of departure, provided the following provisions
are met.
a. No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
b. No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or
services rendered during the stay.
c. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in dumpster, and soiled
dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned. One load of laundry is
started.
d. All check-out instructions are followed.
e. All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
f. No linens are lost or damaged.
g. NO Early check-in or late check-out.
h. Parking passes are left inside the unit upon departure.
i. The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner),
the local law enforcement, the security company employed by My Complex.
1. PAYMENT - An advance payment of 100% of Rental Fees is required 45 days before check-in date.
2. CANCELLATIONS - A forty-five (45) day notice is required for cancellation.
Cancellations that are made more than forty-five (45) days prior to the arrival
date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a
shortened stay, that are made within 45 days of the arrival date, forfeit
the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or
early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
3. MONTHLY RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS - Monthly renters must cancel sixty (60) days prior to check-in. Monthly renters who make a
change that results in a shortened stay must be made at least forty-five (45)
days prior to check-in.
4. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests per condominium is
limited to ten (10) persons.
THIS PROPERTY REQUIRES A THREE (3) NIGHT MINIMUM STAY.
5. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods. If a rental
is taken for less than three days, the guest will be charged the three-night
rate.
6. INCLUSIVE FEES - Rates include a one-time linen-towel setup. Amenity fees
are included in the rental rate.
7. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE - While linens and bath towels are included in the
unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate however is
available at an additional rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do
not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
8. RATE CHANGES - Rates subject to change without notice. Prior to reservation confirmation.
9. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS - Any reservation obtained under false pretense
will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental
money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.
10. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS - Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must
be approved in writing in advance.
11. PARKING PASSES - Parking is limited to 2 vehicles. Parking passes are located inside the unit. Renters must display parking pass on the rear view mirror at all times. Failure to display may result in towing of vehicle at renter's expense. Leave the parking passes inside the unit upon departure.
12.HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY - No refunds will be given unless:
a. The National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuation in a "Tropical
Storm/Hurricane Warning area" and/or
b. A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical
Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest.
The day that the National Weather Service orders a mandatory evacuation
order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund:
a. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered,
b. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and
wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is
lifted; and
c. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is
scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period.
 

REMINDER TO PET OWNERS:

 

 

As a pet owner, we do have some rules that must be followed to be able to take your pet to our condo; these rules are taken very seriously at Maravilla.

 

 WE DO NOT CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR PET, THAT IS YOUR JOB.  THERE CAN BE NO HAIR OR SAND LEFT IN THE UNIT OR COTTAGE FROM YOUR PET . YOU MUST PROVIDE YOUR PET'S BEDDING AND TOWELS. THEY ARE NOT PERMITTED ON FURNITURE OR BEDS. YOU MUST PICK UP AFTER YOUR PET WHILE WALKIG IT , IF IT  HAS A BOWEL MOVEMENT . PLEASE TAKE PET TO PET WALKING AREA IF IT TIME FOR THEM TO GO TO THE BATHROOM- THIS SAVES OUR GRASS. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS. IF YOU CAN NOT FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS, PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR PET.

There is a $100 fine if you are found walking your pet (at any time) without a poop disposal bag in hand, as pets are unpredictable as to "when".. . Pick up and dispose properly. This is being closely monitored due to neglect of some pet owners. This fine will be collected each time you are observed not following this procedure, it will be deducted from your damage deposit. If it continues you will be asked to leave. We want to keep our resort beautiful and we do not want to lose our PET FRIENDLY PRIVILEDGES. If you observe someone not being responsible, please let resort manager or myself know this is not tolerated. Thanks for your help with this urgent matter.

 

Remember pets are not allowed on the beach without a proper permit that is issued to property owners only. It is a $500 fine from Walton County if you are caught with your pet on the beach.

Pets are not allowed in the pool areas

These are State and County laws.

 

Pets must be on a leash at all times when out on property

 

In the units pets are not allowed on the furniture or on the beds, if you know that your pet has a tendency to jump on the furniture , please bring a sheet or blanket with you and make sure you cover. We do not charge a pet fee and we do not clean up your pet’s hair. If hairs are found in the unit you will be charged for their removal.
